our vegetables
All of our cegetables,salads and fruits are sourced from the village co-op or local markets with fresh deliveries coming into from all over the crete.Whether it is potatoes from the plateau in lasithi,oranges from chania or courgettes and peppers from the villages surrounding Elounda, quality is always at it’s best!
Our meats
We buy all our meats from the village butcher who in turn sousces from local farmers.Cretan meats are very quality.For a real treat have us order and prepare for you a leg of organic lamp with potatoes and vegies, thyme and oregano then slow roasted ready for your reservation. A leg is perfect for two!
Our fish
Long established supplier provide us the best resources.We believe simplicity is the key to quality fish dishes. Try our grilled sea bream salamura for 2 persons traditional old way cooked in oven with olive oil parsley grilled with light salt and lemon sauce.Grilled shrimps or cray fish , giant prawns in garlic butter are also available and recomended.
